  Dear Parents

   

  We have decided to introduce a school council to Ravensmere Infant School. Each class will elect 2 children who will meet regularly to discuss school matters. On Monday 28 November the children who would like to be considered for the School Council will have the opportunity to say why they think they would be good for the role. Following this each class will elect 2 members to the School Council.

   

  If you want to discuss with your child whether they want to be a school council member and why that would be really useful.

• Children in Need

  On Friday 18 November we will be celebrating Children in Need Day.  Children will be able to come in non-school uniform for a small donation. 

   

  The theme this year is Spotacular!!!

   

  Running alongside Children in Need there will be a Maths SHARE morning for parents across the school based on a Children in Need theme.  We would like to invite those who are available to join us in classrooms to see maths in action and to work alongside children on a range of Pudsey problem solving tasks.  

   

  Please feel free to drop in anytime between 9:00 and 10:00am and please do join us if you can.

  Welcome to our brand new school website! We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving. The website is extremely easy to edit by all staff at the school, so check back soon for new updates!
