Our federation specific equality and diversity objective for 2019/20 is:
To ensure all staff are aware of their duties under the Equality Act 2010 and are aware of how to report any discriminatory incidents or practices.
Why we have chosen this objective:
To ensure our staff understand their duties in relation to good equality practices
To achieve this objective we plan to:
Implement Year 2 of the No Outsiders project. Use staff meeting time to reflect, evaluate and discuss the issues in depth.
